HOW TO RETURN OR EXCHANGE AN ITEM
At EctoTherm, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not happy with your order, we offer a hassle-free return and exchange policy. You may return or exchange any item within 30 days of purchase, as long as it is in its original condition and packaging.
To return or exchange an item, please contact our customer service team. We will provide you with a return shipping label and instructions on how to proceed. Once we receive your returned item, we will process your refund or exchange within 5-7 business days.
